Honoring the Prophet
President Nelson died from causes incident to age on September 27, 2025, at his home in Salt Lake City at the age of 101. He was the 17th president in the 195-year history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as its president since January 14, 2018.

Happy October! Fall is such a fun time of the year - the leaves changing colors and falling, the weather starts cooling down in the evenings, football season, General Conference, pumpkins, traditions, and more! With all of the fun comes lots and lots to do..
I know that for me, sometimes amongst all of the good and necessary things, I forgot to also make time for some of the good and necessary spiritual things - like reading scriptures, saying prayers, studying Come Follow Me, ministering, etc.
And not to scare anyone, but Christmas isn’t that far away and will bring a whole new list of “to do” items that will keep us even busier. It is so important to balance all of the good things in our life and still make time for God and Jesus Christ and what they have asked us to do. And it’s not always easy - it requires effort and sacrifice. I know that as we do these things, we will be blessed and have the Spirit more fully in our lives.
